Natalie Portman is not your average young celebrity. She got beauty, talent, and no doubt about it, brains! Portman, a straight-A student, is currently taking up Psychology. Not in any ordinary college school, but in the prestigious Harvard University.

Yes, the hot and sexy actress (who by the way, also speaks Hebrew, English, and Japanese fluently) has aspirations of becoming a doctor and says she values education so much. “I’d rather be smart than a movie star,” she said in an interview.

Portman’s film career started in 1994 via the film, The Professional (Leon). She was just thirteen when she played the role of a hitman’s protege. Such a great opportunity followed when she appeared in the crime drama Heat, alongside veteran actors Al Pacino and Robert De Niro. In 1996, she starred in Beautiful Girls, in which she garnered favourable reviews.

The role that turned Portman into a major star is non-other than that of Queen Padme Amidala in the first Star Wars prequel, Episode I: The Phantom Menace. It was followed by two Star Wars film, Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of Sith. Since then, she has appeared in various films like Anywhere But Here, Where the Heart Is, Cold Mountain, Closer, V for Vendetta, and Mr Magorium’s Wonder Emporium.

The hot and sexy Golden Globe winner was also included in 2002 People Magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful People and Teen People Magazine’s 25 Hottest Stars under 25. She also received nominations from the Academy, BAFTA, and Tony awards for her prolific performances.
