  • C cup of cold water
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 medium-sized pear
  • 1 banana1 cup kale
  • 2 cups ice cubes


Place all ingredients into a blender with the ice cubes at the bottom. Cover and slowly blend for 1 min minutes. Serve in a clear glass and enjoy.

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup blueberries, or your favorite berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 cups chopped parsley


Simply add all the ingredients into your blender and shake to green fruitiness. Pour on a glass then sip.
