Who does not want a great set of six-pack abs? But finding the right abs workout to get that six-pack may not be as easy as it looks. If you are looking for a workout for your lower abs, look no further.

Here is a look at a couple of the best exercises to get those results:

Crunches

Everyone knows about crunches, but did you know the ones you are doing might not be giving you as good of a workout as they could. The best crunches to get a lower abs workout are reverse or full crunches.

In reverse crunches, your head, neck and backstay still while you curl up your legs and buttocks in the crunch.

In full crunches, you lay on your back while pulling your head and butt off of the ground into the crunch at the same time. This works all of your abs muscles at once.

For either of these crunches, you should try to complete 10-15 reps for each set. Try to do at least three sets per workout.

Leg Lifts

When on the ground, on your back, you should put your legs straight out and then lift them straight up in the air. Move them up and down slowly, not touching the ground until you finish at least 10-15 reps. You will feel the burn from these if you are doing it right. You should try to do 2-3 sets as well.

In addition to having a good abs workout, you also need to make sure everyone can see those abs. If you have a little extra weight on you that is covering those new abs that you are creating, you need to make an effort to get rid of it. There is any number of things you can add to your abs workout to help show off that definition more quickly.
