When deciding which bathroom vanity to buy, size is often the most important factor. You need to pick a unit that fits comfortably inside the room you have to work with. However, if size is not an issue then you have a big choice to make. Do you go with a single sink or double sink vanity?

In almost all cases I would suggest going with the double sink units if you have the room. There is just something about having two sinks next to each other that just screams high class. Even if you might never have the need for using two sinks at the same time, it still looks better to have them.

If you are married and two people will be using the bathroom, then the two sinks is a no-brainer. I can not think of a worse way to start the day than with an argument about which turn it is to use the sink. With a two sink bathroom vanity, each person has their own space, and you can go on living happily with your significant other.

While the double sink variety is usually recommended, that does not mean the single sink units should be overlooked. If you have room for the twin sink option and choose to go with a single, you better believe that it will stick out. You can take advantage of this by getting an amazing looking modern vanity. In this case, it should be more art than sink, something that will knock people off their feet when they see it. If you go this route make sure to fill the extra space or your bathroom will look empty and cold.

The size of your bathroom often dictates whether you go with a single or double sink bathroom vanity. While it might be a little more expensive, the truth is, the double sink units just plain look better and are more functional.
